Sprinting for less inches

Everybody wants to stay in shape and look good. That’s why people today are willing to try even the most outlandish-sounding diets. That’s why they listen to all sorts of doctors and nutritionists who tell them exactly how many grams of each food they should be eating every day. Weight loss pills are a hot business, with hundreds of products being thrown on the market each year.

On one hand we could be thankful because this intense manufacturing activity has brought excellent products, such as ProShaperx, to the market. On the other hand, people should keep in mind that nothing does the job that personal effort is supposed to. Not even ProShaperx can rid you of all the accumulated calories. You have to workout in order to burn off fat and get in shape. This is simply something that you have nobody can do for you.

This week’s exercise that everyone can do without special expenses or training is sprinting. While jogging in the park or running on the treadmill can help you keep your heart in shape, sprinting makes sure your heart can cope with intense effort for a short period of time. It’s also a very good way to shed a lot of calories fast.

What you need to do is to alternate jogging and sprinting. You can start by warming up with 5 to 10 minutes of jogging and then start sprinting for 30-40 meters. Then you take a break and resume jogging. The slow pace of jogging allows your body to recover after the sprint and at the same time keeps you from relaxing completely.

After another 5 minutes of jogging, you can try another 40-meter sprint. Don’t push yourself too hard at first. Performance comes in time. You could also time your sprints and see how your sprinting time improves. Sprinting will force the body to burn a lot of calories in short bursts in order to support the effort and will bring you closer to your goal: slim waist, great ass, nice legs.

Skipping is good for you in more ways than one

People looking to lose weight are always interested in exercising. It’s practically inevitable: if you’re trying to get rid of that spare tire, sooner or later you are going to have to start doing some exercises in order to burn off the extra calories. While taking herbal pills, such as the excellent ProShaperx, to start the weight loss process is a good idea, calories will still refuse to burn themselves off. This means that some effort is required on your part.
Most people go to gyms or start running in the park. These are good options. Gyms always have professional trainers on hand that can help a beginner to plan his routines and can recommend exercises. Running in the park, on the other hand, is a fine way to build stamina and keep the cardiovascular system in shape. And so are skipping, jogging and bicycle riding. Whereas going to the gym costs money, cardiovascular training is cheap. I was going to say that cardio is free, but you still have to buy a bike, some sport clothes or a skipping rope.
Skipping is something everybody can do in their spare time. It’s a simple and fun exercise and once you got the hand of it, you’re bound to like it. People who’ve never skipped a rope tend to say: “That looks like a complex exercise. What if my feet get tangled I that rope?”. Believe me, it’s not complicated at all. If you can pop a ProShaperx pill in your mouth, then you can certainly skip the rope. It doesn’t take any brains at all, just a bit of muscular coordination.
The numbers don’t lie. The effort it takes to jump the rope for ten minutes is the equivalent of running a mile in eight minutes. So, if you think the park is too far or too populated with unsavory characters, you can skip the rope in your home or backyard. Thirty minutes of this type of exercise are as good for your heart and weight loss effort as running a couple of miles. One hour of rope skipping will rid you of 1,300, which is not bad at all for something that only requires a piece of rope and some free time.
Jumping rope also does a better job protecting your joints. It certainly is easier on the knee joints than running because the impact of each jump is handled by both legs, simultaneously. And unlike jogging, jumping rope is also good for your arms. The shoulders get a really good workout from keeping that rope in motion. It’s no wonder boxers and wrestlers do a lot of rope skipping, since it works wonders for their footwork while at the same time helping them stay in shape.
So, to wrap it up, rope skipping is a fun and efficient way of losing weight. Combine it with other exercises that can be performed at home and make sure you get at least 30 minutes of workout per day. Taking ProShaperx is a very good idea, but the pills cannot help people who don’t watch their food intake and refuse to exercise. If you keep a positive outlook, exercise and stay off fast food and sodas, results won’t be long coming.

Fitness made simple. Squat thrusts

Everybody understands push ups and sit-ups. They’re simple, straightforward exercises. But to get a shapely and fit looking body you need to get beyond the simpler exercises and put more muscles to work. Dieting can only take you half way through to your goal. The rest has to come from exercises that burn out fat and build stronger muscles.

So, one good exercise that can be easily performed at home by anyone is the squat thrusts. In order to perform squat thrusts, you have to put your hands on the floor, shoulder width apart, with the legs stretched, just like in the normal push up position. From this position, you must bring both legs forward, underneath your torso, by bending the knees and thrusting forward. The third step is to return your legs to the original position with the same quick, powerful movements.

The exercise can be performed by bringing the right leg forward, in a position that resembles that of a runner at the start line. Then, thrust both legs simultaneously, the right leg going back and the left leg coming forward to replace the right one. And thrust again, bringing the right leg forward and pushing the left leg back.

This exercise is meant to work out the glutes, the hamstrings and the quads, with some benefits for the triceps. Be careful not to trip and fall and make sure your hands are firmly keeping the whole body in the correct position. Perform some 15-20 reps every workout session and you’ll be showing some great legs to anyone who cares to look. Ladies are impressed by men with muscular legs and asses and you don’t need me to tell you how men feel about women with good-looking legs.

Remember that exercises must be helped by keeping a close eye on the food intake. Junk food, sodas and snacks have to go and fruits, vegetables and other nutritional and healthy foods must take their place. You could also get a huge helping hand from the ProShaperx natural weight loss pills. These pills contain the famous Hoodia Gordonii, an African plant that suppresses the feeling of hunger. With hunger out of the way, your dieting and exercises program is bound to succeed.

Good skin comes to those who wait

I have always got mad whenever some old timer told me to be patient. Have you ever heard that saying “Rome wasn’t built in a day”? Well, that made me mad, too. Why should I wait? What’s the big idea with all this “wait, wait, wait” thing? Call me weird, but I’ve always thought that patience is overrated. A sort of excuse for people who can’t keep up with things. So whenever people told me to wait I used to say: You wait! I have better things to do.

Maybe it’s hormones, I don’t know. I have a bad case of hyperactive behavior coupled with a bad case of acne and I couldn’t really use another problem in my life. And, oh, yeah!, I don’t like to be patient. Things move fast nowadays and I shudder to think what my life would have been like two centuries ago. I’m sure those people had no idea how to move fast. That’s why it took them years to build Rome. I’m pretty sure that the whole construction phase could have been completed a lot faster than it was.

Anyway, one day I decided to put an end to my acne. There has to be a way to do that. So I looked around for acne treatments, things that I could use to get rid of this problem. It didn’t take me long to find something that sounded right. Decisions always come quick to me. I found this product called ClearPores, saw that it was a comprehensive solution, noticed the cool money-back guarantee and decided on the spot to buy it. No financial risk, looks successful, sounds OK – it’s a deal.

ClearPores is a system made of three parts. The first part consists of deep facial and skin washes that open the pores and clear out the grime, dirt and bacteria. The SD Alcohol and Salicylic Acid solution is very effective at clearing away the sebum and opening clogged pores. This way, bacteria don’t get a chance to turn my pores into pimples and my skin stays acne free. There’s none of that shiny look either. The washes really take care of the sebum.

The second part of the system is the herbal pills that take the fight to the bacteria. The pills make sure my skin is not a friendly place for bacteria. No thriving, no reproducing, no infecting. Bacteria die quickly and are gone. No more red spots for me. The third part of the system is the protection cream that keeps my skin free of pimples yet to come. Knowing that the cream keeps dirt and bacteria away from my skin makes me feel safe.

At first I was really mad and, well, a bit scared. I was nervous about my acne and I thought that the ClearPores system will clean me up in no time. Imagine my surprise to see that my skin looked worse than before. At that point I thought I’d been ripped off and I was getting ready to request a refund. However, I read on the forum that this thing is quite common and it actually means that things are getting better because the body is getting rid of many bad things.

Well, things are better know and I’m glad I didn’t quit the program. The only problem is that it takes time for results to show. Knowing that everything will eventually be OK helps a lot. Although I still hate the wait and I resent knowing that I have to be patient, I can’t give up now that things are looking better. It’s pretty clear that my expectations of a quick cure were a bit unrealistic, but I’m content that an end to my problem is finally in sight. I feel good.

Fitness made simple. Push ups

What’s the oldest trick in the big book of fitness exercises? You guessed it, it’s the push ups. This exercise is so well known and has been around for so long that I think it must have been performed by Roman soldiers, too. It looks ancient and it feels ancient. But it’s also extremely simple and extremely effective. So, if you want those bulging pectorals, get down and give me 20.

Push ups are a great exercise that can be performed anywhere. The basic push up is performed lying face down on the floor and then raising and lowering the body using just the arms. Push ups are meant to strengthen the pectorals, triceps and, to some extent, the deltoids, but are also good as core body strength exercises.

If you really want to put pressure on your shoulder and chest muscles you can try the press ups, which are the military or athletic version of the push ups. Press ups are performed with the back and legs straight and off the floor. If you are at home, you can put your feet on a low chair or armchair. If you’re in the park, you can use a bench to prop up your feet. Try not to raise your legs too high above the shoulder line.

Other variations include push ups performed using just four fingers at each hand, using only one hand, clapping the hands (requires strong pushes that raise the body higher than usual), or pressing against a wall instead of using the floor (the farther your feet are from the wall, the harder the exercise). Take care not to injure yourself while performing some of the more exotic variations.

If you’re an overweight person looking to get back into shape, you should not avoid push ups. This exercise can teach you something about carrying your own weight. And if you are dieting, you would do well to give ProShapeRX a try. These natural pills will make weight loss easier for you by taking away the feeling of hunger and helping your body regulate the intake of calories. It’s so easy it’s simply amazing.

Why Skincare Is No Longer a Distinctly Feminine Pursuit

To say that modern life is very different from what our ancestors used to call living is a huge understatement. It’s plain to see that ancestors as close to us as our very grandparents are shocked by many aspects of our lives. Little things like hairstyles, clothes, computers and ideologies are completely foreign to the older folk. Attitudes that were unthinkable 50 years ago are moving into today’s mainstream with the rise of a new generation of people.

Personal care has been for a long time associated with women. Through the centuries, personal care has gone hand in hand with beautification and the innate impulse of every woman to make herself look as pretty as she could. A pretty face goes a long way toward making a great first impression, not to mention other benefits later on.

However, men have always been supposed to be different. Men were expected to be tough and, if possible, smart. In time, men have let their coarse side show more and more frequently, until it became quite natural for men to be coarse and to disdain personal care. Such activities were seen as soft, feminine things that could make a man too soft for whatever manly business he was supposed to do. A man openly trying to get rid of acne because it made him look ugly must have been seen as a strange character.

However, times have changed. Men are today no longer content to play the old roles, neither at work nor in bed. The exploration of new ways of getting pleasure in bed has revealed that men have a lot to gain by admitting to softer feelings. Metrosexuality appeals to every man’s vanity and to the need to improve one’s chances of getting laid as often as possible. While certain men snicker at face creams, nail polish and strange clothes, these things tend to score points with the ladies.

The rise of Metrosexuality is also blurring the distinction between sexes. Any person can play any role and be anybody. This is why more and more men get to patronize expensive shops instead of simply buying a new pair of jeans when the old one starts to look threadbare and to go to hairdressers instead of barbers. New roles require new clothes, new styles and new attitudes. Modern men and women have become refined pleasure hunters, not easily pleased.

And with appearances playing such a big role in the lives of men, it’s small wonder that acne is no longer tolerated. Which is why men have started to turn to skincare solutions, such as ClearPores, in a bid to improve their looks. ClearPores is a full skincare system designed to clear away nasty red spots and blackheads that spoil the carefully crafted image of a stylish man. Using the effective of SD Alcohol and Salicylic Acid, ClearPores is able to open up the pores and clear away the grime, excess sebum and bacteria.

ClearPores can be described best as one of the key weapons in a modern man’s arsenal. A weapon in the war against acne. There is no reason to let acne spoil your image, just as there is no reason to settle for anything less than a full system that covers every angle of your anti-acne effort. This is why we recommend ClearPores as the best solution for all your acne-related troubles.

Fitness made simple. Sit-ups

Getting up in the morning and going straight to work or other chores can be a bore. There are days when one simply doesn’t feel like getting out of bed. And this is where exercising can actually help you with a kick start. A quick workout session at the beginning of the day can do wonders for your health, especially if you’re also trying to lose weight. Since the perfectly natural ProShaperx pills need to be taken 30 minutes before meals, you have plenty of time before breakfast to exercise a bit.

Sit-ups are one of those exercises that can be performed at home. To perform sit-ups you need to lie on your back on the floor and bend your knees at 90 degrees. Then, you have to sit up without moving your legs at all. It is very important not to use your leg muscles to balance the body, compensate or supplement the effort made by the abdominal muscles or you will get no benefit from this exercise.

You may want to perform the exercise on a workout mat or pad in order to make it easier on your back. Some people find it uncomfortable when the lower back bones press into a hardwood floor, which is why mats and pads are recommended.

However, if you want sit-ups to be fully effective, you should coupled them with generic cardio exercises, such as running, which will lower the overall body fat and leave the abs exposed. If you experience lower back pain, you should stop performing sit-ups and settle for crunches or other exercises that do not involve lower back movement.

This exercise will help you get those cool looking abdominals that everybody wants to show off. Today, both men and women are eager to acquire that “tough to the core” look that a well defined six-pack gives. It’s a sign of a body kept well in hand and of a strong will behind it.

Fitness made simple: Stair Sprinting

Anybody can lose weight; it’s no big deal. You only have to be careful about the food you eat and to make more effort than you usually do. Dieting doesn’t have to mean food deprivation and money spent on gym subscriptions. You can keep your body in shape with simple exercises that do not require gym equipment or professional advice and supervision. If you’re also using a dietary supplement like ProShaperx, losing weight will be the simplest thing in the world.

A simple exercise that anybody can perform at home or the park is called Stair Sprinting. The name is pretty self explanatory. All you have to do is run up and down the stairs between several floors; the more floors, the better off you’ll be.

It’s a good idea to start small, even if you’re in a good physical condition. Run up and down four floors two times. First timers and overweight people are unlikely to manage more than two reps anyway. However, it’s no big deal if you can’t do more than two reps in the beginning. Resistance to effort is built in time. Do the two reps every other day for two weeks.

After two weeks increase the number of reps to either three or four, depending on how you feel. If you can take four reps up and down four flights of stairs, then by all means do so. If you can’t, then stick to three reps. As the weeks go by, you can add even more reps to your routine in order to increase your endurance and to really put the muscles to work.

This exercise is perfect for the legs and ass. Ladies and gents looking to build shapely asses and strong thighs ought to try stair sprinting. Having to carry your own weight up the stairs instead of flat terrain puts more stress on the muscles and helps the feet gain more endurance. However, be very careful when doing this exercise. Running up and down the stairs makes it very easy to trip or miss a step and splay an ankle. Even more serious injuries might happen if you’re not careful enough.

Health benefits of the female orgasm

Orgasm is the crowning of a successful and highly pleasurable session of sex. It puts a smile on the lips of satisfied women and makes men walk with a swagger. It’s the biggest little thing in the world and the crucial detail and the end of a delightful exertion. Life without orgasms is simply not possible.

But orgasm is not limited in scope to making one (or two) people feel good for five or ten minutes before falling asleep. Science has shown that frequent sex and orgasms are very important to the general well-being and health of every person. The more frequent the orgasm, the better off that person is going to be on both the physical and psychological planes.

Everyday life is bound to result in some nervous tensions for most people as the troubles of jobs and relationships take their toll on the mental balance. Sex and orgasms are a chance for these tensions to join the psychological and physical build-up and release. Thus, the mind uses orgasm to flush the tensions out of the system and replace them with the delicious relaxation of that comes with pleasure.

The best thing to do after disentangling from the tender embrace is, of course, to slide into sleep. The combined exertion of sex and relaxation brought by orgasm is the perfect replacement for any sleeping pill. Instead of reaching out for the bottle of pills, you would be better off reaching out for the man lying in bed next to you or for your favorite sex toy. It’s a perfectly natural solution that we heartily recommend.

Don’t let headaches get in the way. What men don’t realize is that headaches are many times a woman’s way of saying “You have to try harder”. The pleasure brought by orgasm is the result of a discharge of endorphins into the brain. No headache can survive the attack of pleasure flooding the brain and the calming effect it has.

Aside from releasing endorphins into the brain sexual stimulation also activates the production of phenethylamine, an amphetamine secreted by the body which is thought to play a role in the regulation of appetite. Of course, sex is not meant to replace dieting, but it seems to go some way toward helping you rein in those food cravings and it does burn some calories. In fact, sex burns a bit more calories per minute than tennis.

The number of scientific studies showing that frequent orgasms are good for one’s health is testimony to the important role played by a successful sex life in the physical and mental health of all men and women. Aside from the fact that increased heart rate and heavy breathing keep the circulatory system in shape and make oxygen circulate through the body, sex has other benefits.

A study published in Psychosomatic Medicine in 1976 showed that failure to reach orgasm has a negative impact on the cardiovascular health of women. Doctor Winnifred Cutler, a specialist in endocrinology, found that women who have sex at least once a week are more likely to have normal menstrual cycles and higher levels of estrogen in their blood. Healthy levels of estrogen help keep the cardiovascular system in shape, fight cholesterol and keep the skin supple.

This is why we recommend the Ultimate Sex Guide. This one-stop guide to more pleasure than ever before is packed with new positions, tricks and tips that will banish boredom and routine from your relationship. Bring back the spark and make it turn into a flame with the help of new information. More pleasure means a healthier life for you and your partner.

Health benefits of the male orgasm

If sex is the sweet part of a relationship, then orgasm has to be all that delightful chocolate they put in my favorite sweet things. Jokes aside, sex can be very accurately described as the glue that holds together the other aspects of a relationship between two people. And orgasm is the goal of every hot sex session. The pleasure that makes the tight worlds of intimate relationships go round.

What is less known is the fact that orgasms have certain health benefits attached to them. Indeed, it’s more than just the feeling of well-being that we all have after sex. Recent studies have shown that orgasm is just as important for the overall health of men as any other function of their bodies.

In the early 1950s, Doctor Alfred Kinsey started releasing the studies into the sex lives of men and women that made him famous all over the world. One of the Kinsey reports proved that sex reduces stress and that people who have frequent sex and orgasms are less violent and less hostile than those who seldom engage in sex. This means that sex and orgasms have a long-term effect of calming down a person and helping keep the psychological balance.

Moreover, later studies showed that frequent sex and orgasms translate into lower death rates for both men and women (Duke University, 1970s and Caerphilly, 1997) lower risk of heart attacks for women (Psychosomatic Medicine, 1976). American Doctor Ted McIlvenna found that sexually active people draw far more joy from their lives than others and also take fewer sick leaves. Gynecologist Dudley Chapman contended that orgasms help the body to fight infections, a proposition supported by psychologists from the Wilkes University.

More recently, a study conducted in Melbourne, Australia, found that frequent ejaculation between the ages of 20 and 50 helps dramatically decrease the risk of prostate cancer in men. This study ties in with other research suggesting that regular orgasm in males prevents painful urination in old age. According to these studies, frequent male ejaculation is crucial for avoiding many prostate-related problems.

So there you have it, people. It’s plain to see that humans were meant to have sex often and to enjoy it a lot. The body and the mind suffer without the frequent combination of exertion and release brought by sex and orgasms. This is why I’d like to tell you about a pill that makes orgasm all the more powerful. With so many positive sides to it and with practically no disadvantage, there is no reason why you shouldn’t draw even more pleasure out of your orgasm.

VolumePills increases the production of sperm in the testicles and the release of testosterone in order to make sure you feel the need for more sex and you get a bigger kick out of it. More sperm means longer and more powerful orgasm. It also means better moods for your lady, as demonstrated by a study conducted by Gordon Gallup. According to this study, semen reduces depression in women via mood-altering hormones that are absorbed through the vagina.

So there you have it! Frequent sex and orgasms are good for both you and your partner and VolumePills can help you last longer and feel even more pleasure. Nothing to lose and a whole lot of pleasure and good health to gain.

Are the lasting effects of acne more than just skin deep?

The teen years are a trying time for any person. Although the worries and cares of adulthood are still far into the future, the teen is not exactly a happy and relaxed person. The carelessness and ignorance of childhood makes room for rebellion and questions about one’s values and place in the world. Looking for their own road through life teens feel insecure and, often enough, misunderstood. Unfortunately, if the search for a place under the sun is not enough, teenagers also have to deal with other problems, such as acne. This unsightly condition is the bane of many teenagers because of the effects it has at psychological level.

It doesn’t take a lot to foster a negative self image in a teenager. Most of them are at least somewhat insecure about their outward appearance because of various real or imaginary blemishes. But a real condition that causes true discomfort and mars a young face is something else altogether. The fragile self image and self respect of teenagers are hard pressed to cope with the pressure exerted by the opinions of others and the comparisons with various role-models that teenagers find for themselves. In extreme cases, the negative self image turns into self hatred and the disfiguring condition is seen as a cruel instrument of self punishment for failing to rise up to some standard or other.

Teenagers live in small worlds. Parents, friends and the amorphous group of half-familiar school mates are the limits of their social lives. Naturally, teenagers tend to attach more importance to the praise or criticism coming from their friends or school mates, on grounds that parents love you anyway and are fatally biased. But, since teens can be very cruel to each other, the criticism of school mates is frequently unkind and meant to hurt. This serves to increase the feelings of anxiety, insecurity and self hatred, resulting in withdrawal from the social environment into a private world of pain and shame.

Teenagers are terribly earnest about outward appearances and criticism. They are still away from the age when human beings come to terms with themselves and are no longer much interested in what others say or think. Hiding one’s body or face and feeling ashamed just because somebody else said that this is the thing to do is a mistake and teenagers should be helped to see this. Acne can be defeated with persistence and by using the right products. However, the psychological effects of acne must also be fought, or else they may never go away. The teenager who hated himself for having pimples on his face will turn into the adult who hates himself for being a little overweight or not making as much money as some co-worker.

The feeling of discomfort and shame with oneself does not always go away in time. Sometimes it just finds a new problem to act as its power source. This is the lasting effect of acne: a poor self image, a lack of confidence and a feeling of being at a disadvantage when comparing oneself to other people. These moods and mindsets can ruin anybody’s social life and often times they also get in the way of professional development. Unfortunately, acne is not just skin deep.
